Located in the heart of Champs Elysees, the staff provided exceptional service and welcomed us warmly, making our experience truly memorable. New Year's Eve arrangements were seamless, complemented by complimentary champagne.
Check-in took a frustratingly long time, and noise from nearby nightclubs disrupted our sleep. The rooms showed signs of maintenance issues, with outdated decor, which detracted from the overall luxury vibe of the hotel.

An excellent location amidst luxury surroundings, the hotel boasts super clean, newly renovated rooms that my kids adored.
