    Reasons to love it, and reasons not to

    Located in the heart of Champs Elysees, the staff provided really good service and welcomed us warmly. New Year's Eve arrangements were seamless, complemented by complimentary champagne.

    Check-in took a frustratingly long time, and noise from nearby nightclubs disrupted our sleep. The rooms showed signs of maintenance issues, with outdated decor, which detracted from the overall luxury vibe of the hotel.

    The check-in was quick and the atmosphere was family overall. My family room was elegant with a safe box and a balcony. The stuff where good and a great breakfast was provided. Its location around 4-6 minutes away by foot from L'atelier Renault was marvellous and unbeatable.

    Our stay was very very good, loved delicious and enjoyable breakfasts.

    we got double room, which was brand-new. the bed was comfortable, a bathtub worked well. the very good service and the attention to detail! food was good, staff was hard-working.

    Here's the bottom line

    An excellent location amidst luxury surroundings, the hotel boasts super clean, newly renovated rooms that my kids adored. The highlight was the amazing bathroom with a shower that impressed everyone. The staff were pleasant, and attentive, enhancing our experience. Just be prepared for longer check-in times. A solid family stay.

    Clean hotel, luxurious rooms, great location in the center of the Champs Elysees. Awesome breakfast with good quality food, top-notch service. Location next to the "backstage " of the service staff, the venue's restaurant and Elysees avenue.

    The staff was amazing , hotel location is amazing in the middle of Champs Elysees street and the bed was so nice .

    Well , i dont know what to say , the room was too small if i ordered a meal in the room i have to eat it on the bed . The pictures of the room was diffrent and the bathroom was nice but also too small .
